We are developing an **exclusive resort** that blends with the natural beauty and cultural richness of Bali, located in **Sidemen, Karangasem** - a region known for its lush rice fields, scenic mountains, and authentic tranquility.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for an **experienced Project Manager** to lead, oversee, and manage the resort construction from inception to completion with excellence.

- ️ Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all phases of the resort construction.
- Manage and supervise contractors, architects, and technical consultants.
- Monitor the project’s budget, timeline, and quality control.
- Liaise with stakeholders including the project owner and local government.
- Provide regular progress reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in hospitality/resorts/villas.
- Educational background in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Proven track record managing projects in rural or tourism areas.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and adapting to on-site challenges.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local permits and regulations in Bali is a strong advantage.
- Willing to be based on-site in Sidemen, Karangasem.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
