Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update employee data (SAP)
- Prepare payroll-related reports & coordinate with vendors
- Respond to Tier 2 employee tickets, ensure SLA compliance
- Support HR ops: clearance, audit, weekly calls, reporting
- Submit reports for payroll processing (OTP, recurring pay, etc.)
- Liaise with payroll vendors and cross-functional teams
- Handle ad-hoc reports (e.g., for SG government)

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years in HR data/operations
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in the SAP system is must
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- HR or related educational background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
