Manage and oversee payroll processes across different employment types (employees, tutors, freelancers, interns).
- Ensure seamless integration and consistency of payroll data with contracts, project fees, and Finance records.
- Handle employee and tutor contract cycles and addendums in line with legal requirements.
- Act as the operational liaison with Legal and Tax teams for HR-related needs.
- Maintain accuracy, security, and compliance of HR data (employment status, leave, resignations, documents).
- Maintain a centralized and standardized HR filing system.
- Develop and update HR SOPs based on operational needs and risk assessments.
- Document HR case studies to support future policy and process improvements.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is preferred
- Basic knowledge of employment contracts and labor law is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data processing
- Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems
- Good communication skills, adaptive, and proactive
