- Supporting function (Sales support activities on quotation and overseas inquiries) of Medan Sales team
- Representing customer service operation for Medan
- Monitor import AP invoice from overseas agents
- Have a strong relationships with air /ocean export/import stakeholder (custom, government regulatory, airlines, warehouse Lini 1, trucking vendor and etc) within medan area
- Constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency and service.
- Focusing on areas of possible improvement with corrective action plans where needed.

**Requirement**:

- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Has minimum 2 year experience in the same field or in freight forwarding company
- Experiences in Medan Forwarding industries is a must
- Knowledge on CW1 will be advantage
- Good at both spoken and written English
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Workplace: Medan (sumatera Utara) city limit
- Strong Analytical and able work underpressure
- Motivated and open mind for continuous improvement
