**We’re Hiring: Business Development**
**Location**: Tugu Hotel Bali

At Tugu Hotel Bali, we believe in creating meaningful partnerships and driving sustainable growth. We are looking for a passionate and driven **Business Development Professional** to join our team and help us expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and create new opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor landscape.
- Develop and present proposals, pitch decks, and business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships and close deals.
- Analytical mindset with strong market and data interpretation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
