Job Purpose:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase villa occupancy, strengthen brand awareness, and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and business partners. This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets and supporting the overall growth of the villa management business.


Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Promotion

  2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and villa occupancy.

  3. Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers across various platforms.
  4. Create engaging marketing content (photos, videos, copywriting) for online and offline promotions.

  5. Online Management & Branding

  6. Manage and update villa listings on OTAs such as Airbnb, , Agoda, Expedia, and others.

  7. Maintain brand image and ensure consistent presentation across all media channels.
  8. Monitor and respond to guest reviews professionally to maintain high online ratings.

  9. Client Relations & Business Partnerships

  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and business partners.

  11. Develop new collaborations to expand market reach and brand exposure.
  12. Maintain an updated customer database and follow up with returning guests.

  13. Market Research & Reporting

  14. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor pricing.

  15. Provide recommendations for pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  16. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, occupancy rates, and promotional effectiveness.

  17. Internal Coordination

  18. Coordinate with the reservation, operations, and villa management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  19. Communicate updated villa availability and promotional activities with relevant departments.

  20. Tools & Reporting

  21. Manage and organize all reservation data using Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail

  22. Prepare regular reports on booking performance and marketing campaigns
  23. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality marketing (hotel/villa/resort industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and OTA platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong target orientation.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
