**Position Overview**:
The QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring QHSE standards across construction project sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. This role requires a strong focus on leadership, analysis, and proactive safety management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **QHSE Planning & Implementation**:

- Develop and implement QHSE plans, procedures, and policies in alignment with project requirements and company standards.
- Ensure that QHSE standards and protocols are consistently met across all assigned project sites.
- **Safety Compliance & Monitoring**:

- Regularly inspect project sites for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Incident Management & Reporting**:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of all safety incidents and prepare incident reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- **QHSE Training & Awareness**:

- Conduct training programs to enhance awareness and adherence to QHSE standards among project staff and contractors.
- Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and workshops to promote a proactive safety culture.
- **Audit & Inspection Coordination**:

- Plan and conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for certifications and ensure audit findings are addressed promptly.
- **Environmental Management**:

- Oversee the implementation of environmental protection measures in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and sustainable practices across project sites.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact for QHSE matters with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to resolve QHSE-related issues and maintain open communication on site conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 33 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, K3, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HSE Coordinator/ Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong leadership skills and good analytical abilities
- Must hold an AK3U certificate from KEMENAKER
