The Leasing Senior Manager will oversee the implementation of leasing strategies and manage tenant acquisition for industrial, residential, and commercial properties. This role bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day leasing activities, ensuring a high occupancy rate and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate leasing activities for various property types, including industrial estates, residential units, and commercial spaces.
- Oversee negotiations for lease terms and contracts to maximize value for the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and competitive offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adjust leasing strategies as necessary.
- Lead a team of leasing managers and coordinators to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster relationships with tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Monitor leasing performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Assist in budget preparation and track performance against financial goals.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- **7-10 years of experience in leasing, with a proven track record in industrial or commercial properties.**:

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in leasing software and market analysis tools.
- **Mandarin is a plus**:
