Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Coach
who is passionate about sports and experienced in both coaching and team coordination. This role involves overseeing daily coaching operations, managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the development of the coaching team to ensure high-quality training across all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee
  coach and class schedules

• Manage
  administrative tasks
  related to daily operations and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor other coaches to maintain consistent training standards.
• Coordinate with management, parents, and the coaching team to ensure smooth program execution.
• Support performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to event planning, workshops, and program development.

Requirements:

• Minimum
  3 years of experience
  as a coach or in a leadership role within a sports academy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Passionate about sports and youth development.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or events when required.
