Finance Manager
to join our team in Jakarta. This is a key role responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting across our entities, supporting commercial decision making, and embedding financial best practice across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, cashflow forecasting and business review packs
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
  • Oversee intercompany recharge invoicing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, PSAK, and local regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoices are settled in line with agreed terms
  • Lead on fixed asset and lease accounting (IAS 16, IFRS 16)
  • Own VAT and WHT returns and ensure timely sign-off and release
  • Support statutory audits, tax filings and group reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen governance and enhance reporting quality
  • Act as a champion for integrity and commercial discipline across the business

About You

We are looking for someone with proven technical expertise and the confidence to partner with stakeholders at all levels. You will be collaborative, commercially aware, and able to balance detail with big-picture thinking.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in a finance management role within a complex, international business
  • Strong grounding in IFRS, PSAK, and statutory reporting
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP + EPM (preferred)
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • Ability to lead by example, mentor and develop others – this role includes one direct report
