**Job Description Summary**

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage daily leasing and marketing progress of project under management.
- Monitor and analyse leasing progress and transactions.
- Develop relationships with client of project under leadership
- Manage tenant relationship and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction.
- Coordinate marketing team and prepare Leasing and Marketing reports for presentation to the client on weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

**KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES**
- Understand of Indonesia retail market
- Ability to read and understand floor plan of retail projects (malls) and concept.
- Familiar with brands in fashion, F&B, Consumer Products
- Good command in English
- Self-motivated and good analytical skills
- Creative mind, energetic with strong business sense.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
- Strong and effective result-oriented sales ability
- Strong negotiation skill
- Customer Orientation

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, preferably in Real Estate related disciplines.
- Over 5 years working experience, preferably in Sales or Marketing or retail sector.
- Experience dealing with retail leasing communities (both landlords and tenants).
