Manulife Indonesia Agency Learning and Development will be responsible for providing sales training programs and developments for Agency Distribution to ensure maximum effectiveness of Agency Sales Force which enable to deliver Agency bold ambition sales objectives.

Conducts initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs. Focus on delivery and materials that provide effective, engaging, and results driven training. Monitor participants results and use to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs.

As the main source for delivering technical and soft skills development for Agency Forces, Agency Learning & Development is pursued to provide the best support for enhancing their capabilities within.

To establish a clear learning path for agent & leader and to implement Agency Sales Culture to all agency forces so they know how to do their job professionally and deliver the high standard.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Demonstrate proficient communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and should be well versed with the current sales trends
- Able to work closely with personnel in sales leadership, sales operations, marketing and finance departments.
- Min. 8-10 year experience on Life Insurance industry, preferably in Sales Agency Training
- Leadership skills in achieving department, project, and individual objectives.
- Able to work on underpressurized condition
- Able to manage projects related with learning and development
- Proficient in Ms. Office Application i.e. Excel, Word, and Power Point

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:
Execute the strategic plan to deliver Manulife Indonesia Agency financial targets (APE, NBV) through learning program

Manage the agents & leaders training curriculum and syllabus

Manage projects with cross-divisional impact related on learning intervention and ensuring the projects are delivered on time

Manage the digital learning program and supporting digital tools

Manage the high-performance team, culture and leadership through employee engagement score and succession planning

Manage the risk, control and compliance in learning journey on Agency distribution

Manage the financial budget within internal department

Provide direction based on strategic business from agency for all team members

**Individual Accountabilities**:
Providing the best support related to Learning & Development matters for Agency Force

Coordinating regularly with the General Manager of Agency and Regional Chief Agency Officer for checking and strategy measurement

Hand-in-hand with other depts in agency channel distribution for business strategy alignment

**Key Shared Accountabilities**:
Execute the agency financial target
