**Responsibilities**:

- Experienced with learning digitalization and AI
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through learning need analysis
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Monitor, review and evaluate the training and learning program through questionnaires and discussions
- Provide and update competencies development of all employees
- Develop and maintain learning management system
- Responsible to implement and maintain measures of individual performance and develop the system

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor Degree of any major from reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experiences in the related fields and similar position is required for this position
- Confidence to work collaboratively across functions, seniority, and sometimes with conflicting interests
- Familiar with competency based development, preferably in insurance industry
- Fluent in English with both written and spoken
- Excellent power point skills to deliver high impact presentation
