We are now seeking a position as a Quality Assurance System Section Head who will handle all management quality system of plastic packaging manufacturer with the following key responsibilities: - Ensure all quality products is meeting the specification. - Ensure all quality system are running & implemented as per defined standard operating procedures. - Monitor the inspection system and inspection result in all processes from Injection, Printing and Tubing process. - Ensure all the quality tools (sample approval, product specification, color range board, defectrange board, and necessary quality control equipment’s are available in the production). - Making sure and keeping that inspection report always in SOP Quality System. - Making sure all the task connected with quality always has record files traceability. - Keeping ang controlling all the task of QC team, working in optimally and efficiently. - Taking quick react and decision for Non Conformity products and communicated with other related department for the action. - Meets & keep the minimum level complaint from customer. - Monitor subordinates activities and makes a necessary advice or instruction whenever find mistake. - Review for subordinates, skill improvement, knowledge improvement, and good attitude. - Review and done the assessment for subordinate. - Responsible to lead action plan done in time. We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below: - Bachelor or Master Degree holder major from Technical and Engineering are require. - Equip with 7+ years of experience in plastic packaging manufacturer are mandatory. - Proven contributions and achievements lead manufacturing line of injection, blow molding and tube. - Familiar with dynamic and made by order production operation system are necessary. - Able to take main responsible to Group Management. - Willing be based at Ngoro-Mojokerto plant. **Reference Number**: - 569655 **Contact Details**: **Profession**: - Engineering > Process Engineer**Company**: - PERSOLKELLY Indonesia
