**Project description**

Our client, a leading snacks-led powerhouse, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Marketing Admin for a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This role involves providing administrative support to the Trade Marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

The ideal talent will possess fluency in Bahasa and conversational English, as well as computer literacy, essential for maintaining effective communication across departments. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a hybrid working model. The primary objective is to support the Trade Marketing team in managing databases, coordinating campaigns, and tracking budgets.

**What you will be doing**
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the Trade Marketing team with maintaining and updating marketing databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Help plan, execute, and track trade marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- **Materials Management**: Manage the inventory of marketing materials and coordinate their distribution to various locations.
- **Budget Tracking**: Assist in tracking marketing expenses and maintaining budget records.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between the Trade Marketing team and other departments. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
