Role Summary:
Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple activities.

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Build network of corporates and institutions to enable internships program
- Project lead for internship programs
- Establish and manage alumni engagement program
- Lead, design and implement the Tanoto Future Leaders Business Acumen program
- Lead, design and implement the Tanoto Future Leaders HR Leadership Forum
- Lead, design and implement the Tanoto Scholars Graduation and Alumni Gathering
- Manage partnership with RGE Business groups
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Help line managers and trainers solve specific learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Keep up to date with developments in learning by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
