**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Implementation of IT solutions specialising in networking, including wireless, satellite and security solutions such as firewalls, understand how to work with data center trace routing and cabling.
2. Conduct live demo, simulation, site installation, Proof of Concept (POC) or any project that requested by management to meet the technical requirements of the customer.
3. Ensure on-time delivery of project configuration, implementation, and testing deliverables.
4. Ensure that all task and operation activities are carried out per the company's standards, procedures, and certification requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using available communication channels.
5. Ensure that customer requests, inquiries, and complaints are handled promptly and professionally, and maintain good customer relations.
6. Participate in the assignment or project by researching and identifying appropriate solutions to technical problems.
7. Participate in the testing, evaluation and research of new systems or technology development, design, and implementation.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor's degree and work experience in IT field with min 3 years in network infrastructure design and support is preferred.
2. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues, excellent organizational skills, teamwork approach to work and communicate to solve problems when necessary. Open to feedback and willing to improve for betterment.
3. Possess Network certification (Cisco CCNA), or equivalent certificate/experience.
4. Holds a firewall-related certification from Barracuda, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Sangfor, or equivalent.
