**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Social Media & Content Coordinator** to enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual who excels in content creation, social media management, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing listings, and strategically growing our audience, with a particular focus on monthly rental opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Management**
- Develop engaging content (photos, videos, and captions) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain an active online presence.

**Social Media & Community Engagement**
- Actively participate in Facebook groups to promote monthly rental opportunities.
- Engage with relevant online communities to build relationships and drive traffic to our listings.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and interactions.

**Listing Management & Coordination**
- Maintain and update property listings across all platforms.
- Handle all inquiries coming from (potential) guests.
- Collaborate with the Villa Management (VM) team to highlight the unique selling points of each listing.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings and social media content.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Basic photography and videography skills (editing and visual storytelling are a plus).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or travel-related industries is an advantage.
