The **Procurement Manager** will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and coordinating the procurement process across all The Company's projects, including **construction materials, fixtures, fittings, and interior elements** such as fixed and loose furniture.

This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring on-time delivery, and working closely with the construction, interior design, and project management teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and negotiation skills, supply chain management experience, and a solid understanding of both construction and interior design procurement.

**Key Responsibilities** **Procurement Planning & Strategy**
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy covering **construction-related materials, SBO items, and interior furnishings** to ensure seamless project execution.
- Research and source high-quality, sustainable materials and furniture that align with The Company's brand and quality expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure reliable sourcing and cost efficiency.
- Manage supplier negotiations, pricing agreements, and contract terms to optimize cost savings while maintaining high quality.**Sourcing & Supplier Management**:

- Identify and vet new suppliers for **construction-related items** (fixtures, fittings, materials) and **interior furnishings** (furniture, décor, lighting).
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, innovations, and new product offerings in **both construction materials and interior design**.
- Oversee the full sourcing process, from sample selection to final approval, ensuring all materials meet The Company's quality standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive supplier database, tracking pricing, quality, and performance metrics.

**Order & Inventory Management**
- Develop and oversee procurement schedules to ensure materials, furniture, and construction-related items are ordered and delivered on time.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to streamline the movement of goods and prevent delays.
- Monitor inventory levels for **construction materials and interior furnishings**, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet project demands.
- Collaborate with the **construction and interior design teams** to ensure accurate order quantities and specifications.

**Project Coordination & Execution**
- Work closely with **interior designers, project managers, and construction leads** to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
- Monitor and manage the **end-to-end procurement process**, ensuring smooth coordination from supplier order placement to final delivery and installation.
- Troubleshoot procurement challenges, such as **delivery delays, quality issues, or cost fluctuations**, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all furniture, materials, and fixtures are installed according to specifications and quality standards.

**Budget Management & Cost Control**

Develop and manage procurement budgets for **construction and interior procurement**, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Track expenditures and negotiate pricing to achieve the best value for money.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and durability.

**Quality Control & Compliance**
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure **all construction materials and interior elements** meet The Company's standards.
- Conduct inspections upon delivery and address any defects or discrepancies with suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with **local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability commitments**.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in **procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing** within the **construction** industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **construction materials, SBO procurement, furniture sourcing, and interior finishes**.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- **Project Management**: Strong ability to manage **multiple procurement projects and timelines simultaneously**.
- **Organization & Attention to Detail**: Highly organized with the ability to track orders, manage budgets, and oversee logistics efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with **procurement software and inventory management tools**.
