Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure we receive exceptional value.
  • Sourcing & Negotiation: Compare and negotiate prices, quality, and delivery timelines to secure the best resources for our projects.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing, and products to strategically source materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferably within property, or construction industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset for evaluating and optimizing purchasing strategies.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present procurement policies.
