**Junior Social Media Specialist**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Social Media Specialist. Junior Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and basic video editing abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages.

**Content Creation**:

- Utilize basic video editing skills to create visually appealing and shareable content.
- Generate creative ideas for static images, GIFs, and short videos to support social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports to showcase key metrics and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance social media presence.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management.
- Basic experience with video editing

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic video editing skills with the ability to create engaging multimedia content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
