Job Description

As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will assist in managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive audience growth. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Create engaging captions, short-form content ideas, and assist with visuals or video editing.
  • Schedule posts and monitor performance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with followers by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in analyzing content performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, marketing) for campaign execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging and aesthetics across all digital channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with good writing and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to interpret engagement metrics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about social media, branding, and digital trends.
