SENIOR ASSOCIATE/PRINCIPAL IN ARCHITECTURE & URBAN DESIGN

Bandung Office: Banda Road No.30, Floor 7th, Block C, Bandung 40115, Indonesia
Working time: Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 17h30

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will- Lead master planning, urban design and architecture projects of suitable scale

and scope, which may include managing junior members, coming up with
design strategies and concepts, quality control, client presentation and project
management;
- Support company directors and business development manager in business

development activities for design services;
- Prepare proposals (with support from Business Development team) to gain

contracts and prepare contract appendices regarding scope of work, deliverables
and timeline;
- Present our proposals to clients and to local authorities on behalf of the clients;
- Oversee project reports to submit to the clients;
- Communicate any conflict or challenges which may arise in the progress of a

project to company directors;
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (optional) in architecture and/or urban
- Design.- Good understanding of design concepts and methodology such as urban

design development, urban typologies, architecture & urban design
standards, massing analysis, building design and documentation (of all
stages) and knowledge in technical matters, etc.
- SKA Utama or Madya or STRA in architecture and/or in urban planning

preferred.
- Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through drawings
- Demonstrated creative ability in urban design and architecture.
- Competent in software skills such as MS Office (Word, Power Point), CAD,
- Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.- Senior Associate should have a minimum of 5 years of solid corporate

experience, while Principals should have a minimum of 8 years of working
experience.
- Preferably with multi-national or International consultant working

experience.
