Saat ini, kami sedang mencari Quality Specialist untuk bergabung dengan tim Quality kami di Caterpillar Indonesia Batam.

Sebagai Quality Specialist di Caterpillar, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas masalah pemasok yang terjadi di pabrik dan berkolaborasi untuk melakukan perbaikan. Anda juga bertanggung jawab untuk memenuhi semua standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan produktivitas di area produksi kami.

Lokasi Kerja: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Jenis Pekerjaan: 12 Bulan Kontrak

Anda akan bekerja di lingkungan kantor maupun di area produksi.

Relokasi domestik tidak tersedia untuk posisi ini.

**Sebagai seorang Quality Specialist Anda akan**:

- Membantu aktivitas seorang _Quality Engineer _yang berkaitan dengan _customer feedback _.
- Menyusun laporan pekerjaan harian.
- Mengontrol efektivitas perbaikan dari _customer feedback _.
- Melakukan submit dan input dalam _All Quality Event (AQE) _atau sistem sejenis.
- Membantu pelaksanaan analisa yang berkaitan dengan cacat produk.

**Kandidat yang berhasil harus memiliki**:

- Pendidikan minimum Sekolah Menengah Atas atau setara.
- Familiar dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office atau serupa.
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik dengan baik.
- Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Komitmen yang kuat terhadap keselamatan dan kualitas.
- Sifat teliti dan analitis.
- Kemampuan menggunakan alat ukur dasar dan _torque tools _.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam berbagai _shift _dan jam kerja yang fleksibel.
- Pengalaman di bidang _quality _atau sebagai _inspector _menjadi nilai tambah.
- Familiar terhadap produk Caterpillar akan menjadi nilai tambah.
