Saat ini, kami sedang mencari Quality Specialist (Incoming) untuk bergabung dengan tim Quality kami di Caterpillar Indonesia Batam.

Shift: Rotasi Shift

Lokasi Kerja: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Jenis Pekerjaan: 12 Bulan Kontrak

Anda akan bekerja di lingkungan kantor maupun di area produksi.

Relokasi domestik tidak tersedia untuk posisi ini.

**Sebagai seorang Quality Specialist (Incoming) Anda akan**:

- Melakukan audit harian atas material yang masuk berdasarkan SAP.

- Mencatat hasil audit per lot menggunakan item cek eksekusi di AQE (All Quality Event).

- Memberikan identifikasi (tag) pada bagian yang diperiksa sesuai dengan disposisinya.

- Mendokumentasikan temuan cacat/masalah dan memberikan laporan harian terkait temuan audit/pengecekan.

- Melakukan pengecekan kualitas pada bagian yang sudah direwok.

- Menggunakan sistem SAP Quality Management Module dan AQE (All Quality Event).

**Kandidat yang berhasil harus memiliki**:

- Pendidikan minimum Sekolah Menengah Atas atau sederajat.

- Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Quality Inspector minimum 1 tahun.

- Familiar dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office.

- Familiar dengan gambar teknik.

- Familiar dan dapat menggunakan alat ukur dimensi seperti caliper, micrometer, ID stick, dan penggaris logam.

- Familiar dengan SAP system Quality Management Module.

- Memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap keselamatan dan kualitas.

- Memiliki sifat teliti dan analitis.

- Pekerjaan ini mungkin memerlukan banyak gerakan aktif di seluruh pabrik termasuk naik turun tangga dan anak tangga, mengangkat peralatan, serta mendorong dan menarik peralatan.
