Saat ini, kami sedang mencari Quality Specialist (Incoming) untuk bergabung dengan tim Quality kami di Caterpillar Indonesia Batam.

Shift: Rotasi Shift

Lokasi Kerja: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Jenis Pekerjaan: 12 Bulan Kontrak

Anda akan bekerja di lingkungan kantor maupun di area produksi.

Relokasi domestik tidak tersedia untuk posisi ini.

Sebagai seorang Quality Specialist (Incoming) Anda akan:

  • Melakukan audit harian atas material yang masuk berdasarkan SAP.

  • Mencatat hasil audit per lot menggunakan item cek eksekusi di AQE (All Quality Event).

  • Memberikan identifikasi (tag) pada bagian yang diperiksa sesuai dengan disposisinya.

  • Mendokumentasikan temuan cacat/masalah dan memberikan laporan harian terkait temuan audit/pengecekan.

  • Melakukan pengecekan kualitas pada bagian yang sudah direwok.

  • Menggunakan sistem SAP Quality Management Module dan AQE (All Quality Event).

Kandidat yang berhasil harus memiliki:

  • Pendidikan minimum Sekolah Menengah Atas atau sederajat.

  • Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Quality Inspector minimum 1 tahun.

  • Familiar dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office.

  • Familiar dengan gambar teknik.

  • Familiar dan dapat menggunakan alat ukur dimensi seperti caliper, micrometer, ID stick, dan penggaris logam.

  • Familiar dengan SAP system Quality Management Module.

  • Memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap keselamatan dan kualitas.

  • Memiliki sifat teliti dan analitis.
