**About the role**

The Commercial Intern will play a key role in supporting commercial team initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of business-as-usual (BAU) processes. This role will assist in maintaining data accuracy, developing presentation materials, and supporting operational workflows for the initiative programs. The intern will also contribute to the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize Agent Management performance.

**What You Will Do**
- ** Assist in Data Preparation and Analysis**: Support data preparation, analysis, and maintenance to drive initiatives within the commercial pillar, ensuring accuracy and reliability for decision-making.
- ** Develop Decks and Presentations**:Create decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating data insights, program updates, and strategic recommendations.
- ** Support BAU Execution and Monitoring**: Support the execution and monitoring of BAU initiatives within commercial pillar.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**:Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Participate in occasional offline meetings to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

**What You Will Need**
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from

Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university. Equivalent skills and experience are also welcome.
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally attend offline meetings when required.
