Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for both E-Distributor and Product Sourcing.
- Align sales goals with organizational objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead the identification and acquisition of key partners for both E-Distributor and Product Sourcing.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets across both functions.
- Negotiate and manage key contracts and agreements with partners.
- Oversee and mentor the B2B sales team across E-Distributor and Product Sourcing channels.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in both domains.
- Recommend innovative solutions to enhance partner satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and supply chain) to support business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between the organization and external partners, ensuring alignment of goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of managing diverse sales portfolios or multiple business channels.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of the E-Distributor and Product Sourcing ecosystems is a plus.
