To carry out Raw Material Incoming Test as per specified requirement.
- To approve/reject received RM according to test result.
- To record and maintain RM related document (COA, Delivery Note, Up-to-date RM specification).
- To raise initial non-conformance report regarding rejected incoming RM, for review and issuance by Senior Chemist.
- To execute lab trial where required, especially regarding Raw Material deviation. To maintain all QC Records: Batch Registration Cards, SAP QM input, Generate Certificate of Analysis, Daily Batch Record, pictorial documentation of QC properties, and other as required.
- To participate in 5S, Lean & EHS project/program as per required - simplification, optimization & continuous improvement.
- To monitor and ensure housekeeping and EHS compliance in lab.
- To participate in any other projects/tasks undertaken by the Company from time to time.
