Job Title – Operator Production

Location – Karawang, Indonesia

The Operator Production is responsible for safely operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing processes. The role includes coordinating daily reporting, in-process analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements with QC, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. It also involves maintaining 5S and GMP standards, implementing HSE and Food Safety policies, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Veterinary Regulations.

Your key responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Conduct daily production reporting and in-process analysis with QC Technicians.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams for troubleshooting, equipment repair, and process improvement.
• Maintain good housekeeping, implement 5S, and ensure compliance with HSE, Food Safety, and GMP standards.
• Prepare, update, and recommend improvements to operating procedures for continuous enhancement.
• Manage compliance with Food Safety and Veterinary Regulations, ensuring adherence to local requirements.

You Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in food technology or chemical engineering (min. GPA 3.2).
• 1–2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing; fresh graduates welcome.
• Positive attitude, structured, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and fluent in English.
