Job Description:

  • Develop and manage
    AI Agents
    to generate content (headlines, articles, captions, etc.) aligned with brand voice and creative direction.
  • Build
    automated lead and communication workflows
    across website, CRM, WhatsApp, and internal tools to streamline follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Conduct
    process mapping
    to convert manual operations into scalable, automated systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to enable non-technical team members to operate AI systems easily.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize AI output quality and workflow performance.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in AI Operations, Automation, Product, or Digital Innovation.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (Technology, Business, Digital Innovation, or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in AI operations, automation systems, product workflow design, or similar roles.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of API integration and system connectivity (coding experience is a plus, not required).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
  • Leadership capability to guide cross-department collaboration and adoption of AI workflows.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, simple, and actionable terms.
