We are seeking a **Clinic Operations Manager** — a dynamic professional who ensures our clinic runs flawlessly while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is the **heartbeat of daily operations** and the **face of our clinic**, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the elegance and professionalism of the Silk Skin brand.

**About the Role**

The **Clinic Operations Manager** oversees all aspects of clinic performance — from client experience and administrative excellence to staff coordination and operational systems. You will manage bookings, payments, compliance, and team support, serving as the key liaison between the **owners**, **dermatologists**, and **team**.

Your mission: to ensure the clinic operates seamlessly and every client enjoys a smooth, premium experience from start to finish.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Prior experience in **operations or clinic management** within the **aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness industry**.
- Exceptional **organizational and multitasking skills** to oversee:

- Bookings, diary management, and scheduling systems
- Client enquiries, follow-ups, and customer service (in person, phone, and digital)
- Daily compliance checks and SOP adherence
- HR support functions: staff supervision, rostering, and performance coordination
- Inventory and product management: stock levels, ordering, and usage tracking
- Excellent **communication skills** in both **English and Bahasa Indonesia**, verbal and written.
- **Professional appearance and demeanor**, reflecting the premium image of the clinic.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** — personable, patient, and client-focused.
- Ability to develop a strong working knowledge of all treatments and services offered (medical expertise not required).
- Competent in **payments, invoicing, and cash handling**, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure the clinic **runs like clockwork** every day.

**Preferred Criteria**
- Strong **leadership qualities** and the ability to act as the key liaison between the owner, lead dermatologist, and wider team.
- Proven history of **loyalty and long-term commitment** in previous roles.
- Experience using **clinic management software**, **CRM systems**, and digital workflow tools.
- Ability to **capture raw treatment photos/videos** weekly to support the marketing team.
- Proactive mindset — willing to **improve systems**, **take initiative**, and **grow** as the clinic expands.
- Calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Polished, professional presentation aligned with the **international luxury standards** of the clinic.
