We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager. Our client is a reputable and rapidly growing company based in Denpasar, specializing in food production with an unwavering focus on quality and consistency. We are looking for a leader who can ensure the business operates efficiently and achieves sustainable growth through optimized production, logistics, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production and logistics operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet established quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce waste/costs.
  • Oversee inventory management (raw materials and finished goods) and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to management on operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Sales & Marketing and Finance teams to align operational output with business demands and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in an operational management role, ideally within the F&B production, manufacturing, or retail logistics industry.
  • Strong track record in optimizing operational efficiency and managing cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous
  • improvement.
  • Based in Bali, with a strong understanding of local logistics and operational challenges.
