Operations Manager – FazWaz Bali

FazWaz Bali is scaling fast and we need a strong operations person who can work directly with the General Manager to build systems, drive efficiency, and support the entire brokerage operation. This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who thinks ahead, solves problems, automates workflows, and helps the team perform at a higher level.

The Role


• Work side by side with the General Manager as the main operations support


• Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes across the Bali operation


• Analyze data, lead flow, agent performance, KPIs, and give clear insights


• Create, manage, and update Excel sheets and operational dashboards


• Help automate parts of the business to reduce manual work


• Assist in organizing recruitment, onboarding, schedules, and daily operations


• Set up structure for different departments and make sure processes are followed


• Coordinate with HR Jakarta, finance, listing team, and agents to keep operations smooth


• Handle tasks delegated by the GM and make sure things move fast and clean


• Identify problems before they happen and propose solutions


• Be the execution arm that turns strategy into real systems

Skills and Experience


• Strong operations or business support background


• Excellent with Excel, data, reporting, and system building


• Experience improving workflows and automating repetitive tasks


• Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented


• Can handle pressure, think independently, and take initiative


• Fast learner, problem solver, structured mindset


• Good English communication


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
