**What You'll Be Doing**:
You're the editor who understands that great storytelling happens in post-production. You'll be working on everything from commercial projects to our feature documentary, adding the nuance and polish that separates professional work from amateur attempts.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- **Edit commercial projects** for Fortune 500 clients and international brands
- **Refine documentary scenes** for our feature film productions
- **Mentor junior editors** by providing detailed feedback and guidance
- **Lead editing teams** on complex, multi-editor projects
- **Collaborate with directors** to achieve the creative vision
- **Quality control** - ensuring every frame meets our Emmy-winning standards

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Expert-level DaVinci Resolve skills** - you know this software inside and out
- **Exceptional communication** - you can articulate creative decisions and give constructive feedback
- **Leadership experience** - you've guided other editors and can elevate their work
- **Storytelling instinct** - you understand how editing choices affect emotional impact
- **Portfolio** showing high-end commercial and/or documentary work

- **Feature documentary** currently in production
