One of our clients, a resort villa and spa located in Legian, Bali, offering luxurious villas, rooms and spa services, in a lush garden setting, is looking for a Social Media to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of growing followers and engagement, especially on Instagram.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram best practices, familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Skilled in both organic and paid growth strategies, including effective ad targeting.
- Ability to design and edit content (basic graphic design, video editing, or Canva/Adobe tools preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for crafting compelling captions and campaigns.
- Understanding of brand awareness, positioning, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to trends.
- Ideally passionate about hospitality; experience in the wedding industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media strategy in collaboration with the property owner and heads of department.
- Manage the resort’s Instagram and Facebook presence (primary platforms), with LinkedIn as a secondary channel for corporate profile awareness.
- Plan, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, written copy) in collaboration with videographers, designers, and editors.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Design, strategise, and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
- Collaborate with the F&B, sales and marketing teams to highlight guest stories, weddings, and experiences.
- Track and analyse key metrics, reporting on performance and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
