K-Club Group is one of Bali's leading hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brands, including K-Club Ubud, Le Bleu, Sardine, Le Kliff, and more. We are expanding our digital presence with high-quality English podcasts featuring our CEO and weekly guest speakers. We are looking for a skilled Podcast Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, fast-paced content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Responsibilities

  • Edit long-form podcast episodes (20–45 min) in English
  • Create short-form clips (30–90 sec) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, titles, overlays, and branding according to K-Club's visual identity
  • Sync multi-camera footage and audio sources
  • Remove fillers, silences, and disruptions to maintain flow
  • Adjust color, audio levels, noise reduction, and overall polish
  • Deliver multiple formats for different platforms
  • Work closely with the marketing team to meet weekly publishing timelines
  • Organize and manage footage, project files, and backup systems
  • Propose new editing styles and ideas to enhance storytelling

Requirements

  • Strong experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Proven work editing podcast or interview-style video content
  • Excellent understanding of English audio clarity, pacing, and narratives
  • Ability to create subtitles (English) and social-media-optimized layouts
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios for social platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
  • Creative eye for storytelling and transitions
  • Able to work fast and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organized file management
  • Bonus: Basic motion graphics skills
