Responsibilities:

  • Edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand, high-performing videos
  • Add subtitles, music, transitions, and basic motion graphics when needed
  • Ensure videos follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual style
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and storytelling
  • Optimize video formats and pacing for each platform

Requirements:

  • Proven experience editing videos for social media and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of short-form video trends (Reels & TikTok)
  • Proficient in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
  • Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Based in Bali (Ubud HQ preferred)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience editing property, lifestyle, or travel content
  • Basic knowledge of social media performance and engagement
  • Motion graphics or animation skills
