**What’s the role?**

Accountabilities:

- Ensure that our network is 100% compliance to government regulation (when it comes to Permit/licenses to operate), both for construction sites and operating sites.
- Manage several permit agents to ensure construction permits are obtained on-time and comply with local regulations.
- Monitor permits of operating sites and ensure any renewals are completed in timely manner.
- Represent Shell during engagement with government authority where the engagement normally happens at senior level which cannot be handled by the Permit Coordinator.
- On a day-to-day basis, manage 1 Permit Coordinator and 2 Permit Analysts.
- Working closely with Engineering, RE, NP and other function to support Mobility growth agenda, including e-Mobility.
- This role will require 50% of travel.

**What we need from you**
- Preferably a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Legal Management or Communication.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling permit/licensing requirements, preferably related to Oil & Gas industry.
- Must be experienced with Managing Partners, Handling Community Issues and Obtain their Consent, Possess good network, in particular related to PTSP officers, Environmental Ministry officers, MIGAS, BKPM, etc.
- Must have Retail Business Experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skill to manage local stakeholder, especially government and local community.
- Must be a strategic thinker, be resilient under pressure and be comfortable dealing with diverse groups of individuals.
- Strong project management skill is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and attention to details.
- Mobility business experience is a plus.
