How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the processing of project permits by liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for tracking permit status and communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, applicants, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Research, monitor, and interpret new regulations and policies related to permitting to keep the project team informed.
  • Manage a high volume of permit applications with accuracy, attention to detail, and proper documentation.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies in permit applications through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining up-to-date and organized permit documentation.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Public Administration, Environmental Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in permit coordination, government liaison, or regulatory compliance within the oil & gas, construction, or energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of government permitting processes and relevant local regulations.
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government officials and project stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.
