Job Description:

  • Handle end-to-end process of land acquisition and permitting in compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare and submit all required documents for land and permit applications to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and government agencies to facilitate timely approval of permits.
  • Maintain and regularly update accurate records and databases related to land ownership, permits, and legal correspondence.
  • Monitor changes in land and permit regulations, and provide timely insights or recommendations to the team.
  • Assist the legal and project teams in handling all matters related to land and permits, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Proactively address and resolve land-related issues and conflicts.
  • Conduct verification or clarification processes in the event of land disputes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition or permitting.
  • Good understanding of land regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
  • Excellent administrative and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Proactive individual with strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to travel for site visits or meetings.
