Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide legal advice and support for operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate closely with the Permit Division to oversee and monitor mining-related permits, licenses, and reporting obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mining law, corporate regulations, and licensing frameworks in Indonesia.
- Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory changes, and advise management on potential impacts.
- Manage documentation, filing, and legal database for compliance and audit readiness.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Solid understanding of Indonesian mining regulations, permitting processes, and corporate law.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments and external parties.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work under tight timelines.
- Willing to travel domestically as needed.
