DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Memimpin dan memastikan kegiatan operasional yang dijalankan oleh SPX Customer Support Team berjalan dengan lancar
- Memimpin dan memantau Customer Support Agents memberikan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan secara maksimal dan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan
- Melakukan pemantauan terhadap performa dari Customer Support Agents
- Mengajukan dan membuat program pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya bagi agen dengan performa yang tidak maksimal

**Requirements**:

- Minimal pendidikan D3 atau sederajat dari seluruh jurusan
- Memiliki mínimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Team Leader di bidang _customer service_
- Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang jelas dan efektif. Ahli dalam bahasa inggris menjadi nilai tambahan
- Kemampuan dalam memimpin tim: _problem-solving, coaching, conflict resolution, people orientation_
- Bersedia bekerja secara _shifting_
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di area Yogyakarta
