**Job Title: Property Manager Bali**

**Job-Type: Full-time**

**Reports To: Area Head**

**Location: Bali**

**Role Purpose**: Your main focus will be to manage Cove’s properties and improve the tenant's experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience
- Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
- Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins
- Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
- Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations
- Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio
- Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA
- Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses
- Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time
- Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Min. 2-3 years in property management, preferably have experience working in the hospitality industry and/or early-stage startup
