The Role

PT. Impian Property Management is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of its properties in the vibrant Canggu area of Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of multiple luxury resorts and villas, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimising business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the properties in the Canggu area, including oversight of Villa Host, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  3. Monitor and analyse property performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
  4. Liaise with owners, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and guest expectations
  5. Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  7. Collaborate with the corporate office to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth and development of the company

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar area management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or villa setting
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-property operations and driving operational excellence
  3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  5. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred
  6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
