We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic **Quantity Surveyor** that will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of the project, collaborating closely with the project management team.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare early cost estimates based on initial designs, architectural drawings, and project briefs
- Provide detailed breakdowns of costs for different stages of the project
- Set aside contingency funds to cover unforeseen costs or changes during the project
- ssist the project team in evaluating bids and selecting contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, ensuring they meet both cost and quality requirements
- Monitor the costs of construction against the budget, ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints.
- Regularly assess the progress of work completed and certify payments to contractors and subcontractors based on agreed stages
- Manage any changes or variations in the project scope or design, assess their impact on costs, and negotiate with contractors to find cost-effective solutions
- Produce regular cost reports for project team
- Assess and identify financial, environmental, and contractual risks associated with the project

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, especially beach club
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Deep understanding of construction contracts and the ability to administer these contracts effectively
- Careful attention to the details of contracts and specifications to ensure that everything aligns with the overall project goals
- Ability to identify issues early, propose solutions, and manage costs while maintaining quality
