**Quantity Surveyor**

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction project team. This role involves managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining budget compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Manage procurement processes, tenders, and contract negotiations
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide financial reports
- Assess and manage cost-related risks
- Collaborate with project teams to find cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- Excellent CostX, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Working day : Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Location: Benoa, Bali
