**Responsibilities**:
- Strategy Development. Design and Implement collection strategies to increase efficient recovery rate. Ensure that developed collection strategist balance cost and recovery outcomes.
- Data Analysis. Analyze trend, pattern, and opportunities that can improve the effectiveness collection strategist. Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis result to improve the collection process.
- Performance Marketing. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness or collection strategist. Regularly report performance metrics to senior manager for evaluation and improvement.
- Process Optimization. Identify and Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection process. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and effective strategy execution.
- Leadership and Collaboration. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of collection strategies. Collaborate closely with IT, operations, legal, and compliance teams to align strategies and execution.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- Min. 3 years of experience in collection strategy, operation strategy, or business analyst, data analyst role.
- Strong in number, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, be able to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Proactive, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
**Bonus point if**:
- Has prior experience in collection strategy for retail lending products.
- Has prior experience in business roles for the retail lending industry.
