ADELAHAYE Strategic Branding, a leading consultancy specializing in branding, messaging, and design for the hospitality and property sectors, is seeking a Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. With a portfolio that includes high-profile projects such as Hyatt Hotels’ Keraton, the rebranding of Plataran Group, and luxury residential developments across Jakarta and the region, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of brands shaping Southeast Asia’s landscape.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the creation of compelling visuals for hospitality, property, and lifestyle sectors, working across luxury and mid-luxury projects.
- Generate innovative designs using AI-powered tools alongside traditional Adobe Creative Suite software to craft impactful imagery, videos, and animations.Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to develop and execute brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital content strategies.
- Work on a variety of projects, including luxury residential developments, mixed-use spaces, hotels, resorts, and destination brands.
- Deliver visually engaging assets for both digital and print mediums, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and project goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding for hospitality, property, and luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in AI tools for image and video generation, such as MidJourney, Runway, DALL-E, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects in branding, visual design, and content creation.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of visual trends in the hospitality and property sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
