**Position Overview**

As a **3D & AI Visualization Artist**, you will lead the charge in defining and maintaining the highest standards of visual quality for Cylindo’s AI- and 3D-powered interior and exterior lifestyle imagery. This hybrid role blends artistic vision with technical depth—you will work across teams to guide the evolution of Cylindo’s rendering and AI pipelines, support customers in adopting best practices, and evaluate the latest generative AI tools for integration.

Success in this role means understanding that Cylindo is not a creative agency—we deliver high-quality visualization at scale through a self-serve tool platform. You are comfortable making pragmatic decisions that prioritize scalability and iteration speed over bespoke perfection, always balancing visual quality with technical and performance constraints.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, UX designers, salespeople, and marketers—each with their own backgrounds, technical fluency, and ways of thinking. You’ll bring an open-minded, communicative approach that ensures shared understanding and drives alignment across disciplines as you help shape the future of scalable, AI-enhanced visualization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and approve visual outputs across Cylindo’s platform self-serve tools, with a focus on balancing visual quality, consistency, and realism—while considering scalability, and the technical constraints.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback on both the 3D rendering pipeline and generative AI implementation to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and share best practices with Cylindo customers—especially those without 3D expertise—using the platform to generate visuals, through webinars, training materials, and remote sessions.
- Create and review visual style templates used by customers to generate scalable, convincing lifestyle imagery using Cylindo’s tools.
- Continuously evaluate emerging generative AI technologies for their potential integration into the Cylindo platform.
- 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist with strong art direction capabilities in interior, exterior, and product design visualization. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
- Expert knowledge of V-Ray and a solid understanding of physically based rendering workflows.
- Strong 3D modeling and lighting setup skills (e.g., furniture, architectural elements, indoor and outdoor environments).
- Proven experience integrating generative AI tools and workflows into visualization pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of ComfyUI and prompt engineering for AI image generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English—able to clearly explain visual concepts and technical requirements to both creative and non-creative audiences.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, realism, and composition across both interior and exterior scenes.
